A large well equipped eat-in kitchen separate toilet/powder room, shower room and washing/utility room are also located on the ground floor. The main patio is home to a gas barbecue and large teak dining suite.

The unique 30 foot fully tiled free form swimming pool is on a slightly lower level and is surrounded by a low fence and gates enabling concerned parents to stop non-swimmer children from straying. The gardens are a riot of colour and contain a variety of tropical shrubs fruit trees including orange, lemon, lime, mango and avocado trees.

Centrally located to supermarkets, restaurants and shops and within a few minutes’ drive to two golf courses and some of the finest beaches in the Caribbean.
