Technology & Marketing

TYE Manufacturing Company Ltd leads the way in sheet metal manufacturing technology in the region. In 1992, TYE purchased its first CNC Turret Punch Press and NC Press Brake in order to meet the needs of its Projects business unit. The benefits of a flexible manufacturing system, have been critical to the growth and success of this area as the products here are highly customized to meet the specific needs of the clients. Since then TYE has commissioned 4 additional CNC Turret Punch Presses and NC Press Brakes, which includes an automated manufacturing cell, to keep pace with the increasing demand.

All designs are done using the latest CAD/CAM software. This increases accuracy in design while simultaneously reduces the development cost and time. This also allows for a seamless interface during development as CAD files can easily be transferred from customer to design to manufacturing.

This is an integral part of TYE’s overarching strategy for developing Manufacturing capabilities, and realising its updated Vision – To Be A Leading World Class Organization Primarily Providing Standard And Customized Sheet Metal Fabricated Products And Services To Multiple Business Sectors Both Locally And Internationally.

The Technological and Marketing process starts with understanding customers and their needs; the market and Technological requirement – this is then transformed, to distinguish TYE’s products and services as “World Class”.
