About Us
We have been in the computer training, consultancy, website design and
management business since December 1995, when we started offering
these services in Trinidad & Tobago under the name
Sputnick Limited.
We incorporated in Florida in 1999 as
Maraval Inc. and opened our office
DownTownBites.com as part of
DownTownBread at 112 Sams Avenue, New Smyrna Beach, FL
32168 on October 17, 2007.
Our webmaster, Nicole Grant, is a
graduate of Edinburgh University, Scotland with degrees in Mathematical
Physics and Business Studies. She has had extensive corporate
marketing experience with BWIA (the airline of Trinidad &
Tobago) and Courts Furnishers (a UK-based international
retail company), and worked as
a Marketing Consultant before web design became a full-time career.

architectural design, manufacturing, fitness, healthcare,
travel and retail industries in Trinidad & Tobago and the U.S.A.
